Requirements

What we're looking for

Professional experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, data loss prevention (DLP), security monitoring, or insider threat management.
Experience in data analysis, alert investigation, and security event monitoring.
Experience in the use of SIEM tools and log analysis.
Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP.

Nice to have

University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
Experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Insider Threat Management.
Experience in Threat Hunting and risk behavior analysis.
Knowledge of banking systems and operations.
Professional certifications such as Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), Certified Computer Forensics Examiner, or other equivalents.
Ability to prepare technical reports and communicate investigation results.
Experience working with multidisciplinary security, business, and technology teams.

The role

We are looking for a DLP / Insider Threat Analyst to join the cybersecurity team and participate in information protection, data loss prevention, and the detection of insider threats.

The selected person will analyze security events, investigate risky behaviors, and collaborate with different teams to identify vulnerabilities and improve information protection mechanisms.

What you'll do

Analyze and manage internal risks related to the use and transfer of confidential information.
Investigate security alerts and incidents and escalate them when necessary.
Identify new use cases related to insider threats in collaboration with the specialized team.
Execute and improve Insider Threat Hunting activities to detect suspicious behavior.
Identify gaps in security monitoring and control systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement corrective measures.
Propose new detection activities that can be automated through alerts.
Analyze activity logs to identify anomalies, risk patterns, and indicators of potential threats.
Contribute to the prevention of information leaks through DLP solutions.
Balance the operational needs of the business with information protection measures.

How you'll work

The position will be performed entirely remotely, so it will be necessary to reside in Spain, Poland, United Kingdom, or Portugal.

Type of contract: PERMANENT
Working day: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with schedule and availability window to be determined.
Modality: 100% teleworking.
