The role

POSITION: AMT Technical Support (M/F)

Provide technical support to the AMT department. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the AMT department in strengthening customer relationships and managing incidents. Likewise, you will provide customer support to promote the sale of after-sales products within the national and international customer portfolio.

This is a hybrid position (Workshop and Administration) that requires dedicating approximately 30% of working time to workshop operations and 70% to planning, coordination, reporting, documentation, and process administration.

What you'll do

Manage and evaluate claims and repairs, classifying them as warranty interventions or preparing repair proposals to generate business opportunities.
Receive machines that need to be repaired in the workshop and evaluate the material needs and the various operations required to carry out the repair.
In the event that the machine is within the warranty period, analyze and evaluate whether the incident corresponds to a manufacturing defect, coordinating with the different factories.
Follow up on billable quotes and warranty interventions, acting as a liaison with the technical departments of the represented brands.
Once the repair is completed, close the internal purchase order (PO) in the system to ensure continuity of subsequent administrative processes (logistics, finance, etc.).
Act as a link between the national Sales and After-sales departments, as well as with other departments and the factories, facilitating communication with customers and supporting incident resolution, warranty management, and the development of the repair business.
