Training in three preventive specialties (Work Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology).
1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
Proficiency in office automation (Office suite).

The role

Ingeteam, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking for an OHS Technician for its facilities in Berango.

What you'll do

Preparation and monitoring of safety inspections and preventive observations.
Preventive planning and audits.
Management of databases, PPE, and documentation.
Risk assessments and monitoring of preventive planning with process managers.
Investigation of accidents/incidents.
Providing internal training and internal preventive communications.
Coordination of business activities.
Preparation of proposals to improve the management system, preparation of instructions, procedures, signage,...
Ensuring compliance with the occupational health and safety management system.
