What we're looking for

Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention with 3 specialties. (Essential)

Advanced knowledge of legislation regarding Occupational Risk Prevention.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an OHS Technician.

Geographic mobility throughout the Peninsula and Balearic Islands is essential

Knowledge of preventive activity coordination platforms.

Driving license essential, having your own vehicle is a plus

Preferably residing in Madrid.

Nice to have

Knowledge of SAP is valued.

The role

Grupo Iman, a company specialized in offering comprehensive services to other companies, mainly in the fields of human resources, temporary staffing, and outsourcing, is looking to hire an OHS Technician for our offices in Madrid.

If you are passionate about guaranteeing safety and health at work, you are interested in collaborating on the implementation and monitoring of preventive plans, and you have experience in the area, we are looking for you!

As an OHS Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the integration of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) at all levels of the company, providing specialized support, conducting audits and technical reports, and promoting a safety culture within our organization and at our workplaces.

What you'll do

Specialized advice and support in ORP to the entire organizational structure, to ensure the integration of OSH.

Preparation and updating of the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and safety management procedures.

Preparation of technical reports (job risk assessments, ergonomic reports, psychosocial reports, accident rate analysis, incident investigation, etc.).

Proposal for the planning of OSH activities and objectives.

Information and training of personnel in OSH procedures within the organizational structure.

Execution of visits to client sites and our own centers, performing training activities, inspections, and audits required by the company.

Coordination of business activities with suppliers and clients to guarantee compliance with regulations.

Control and advice to the health and safety committee.

Comply with and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Application of environmental best practices in the workplace.

Management of matters related to health surveillance (planning and monitoring, management of contract suspensions due to pregnancy risk, etc.).

Investigation of occupational accidents and processing through the Delta and CoNTA platforms.

Promote and apply good practices in safety, occupational health, and environmental matters in all company activities.Ifrec

Duties

Permanent contract with a probationary period

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00. Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.

1 day of teleworking per week after the training period
