Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

• Permanent contract directly with the company.
• 100% on-site. Usual location Getafe (visits to the Coslada warehouse)
• Full-time from Monday to Friday (schedule from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 1-hour

lunch break, and Fridays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in OHS functions within logistics environments.
• Training in Occupational Health and Safety (Vocational Training, Degree, or Master's).
• Solid knowledge of current regulations regarding occupational health and safety.
• Proactive profile, with organizational capacity and a marked orientation toward the center's operations, which implies a regular presence in the work areas to observe processes, detect risks, and accompany teams in the implementation of

preventive measures.

The company is looking to incorporate an Occupational Health and Safety professional with previous experience in logistics operations. The selected person will integrate into the internal OHS team and will play an active role in the continuous improvement of the center's safety standards, working in a coordinated manner with the operational managers.

• Risk assessment Analysis of working conditions in the various areas of the warehouse and detection of risks associated with logistics activity.
• Preventive planning Preparation, updating, and monitoring of prevention plans adapted to the center's processes and the evolution of operations.
• Training and awareness Design and delivery of training actions aimed at operational teams and middle management, oriented towards reinforcing the prevention culture.
• Inspections and operational control Carrying out periodic reviews of facilities, equipment, and procedures, verifying compliance with preventive measures.
• Incident investigation Analysis of accidents or incidents, identification of causes, and proposal of corrective and preventive actions.
• Document management Maintenance and updating of risk assessments, internal protocols, records, and communications related to OHS.
• Monitoring of measures Coordination with the center's teams to ensure the implementation and review of actions derived from audits, inspections, or investigations.
