The role
The selected individuals will join the coil manufacturing team at Ingeteam Indar Machines to collaborate in daily production. They will participate in the manufacturing of coils and bars primarily intended for hydroelectric power plant generators.
What you'll do
Manufacture coils and bars according to technical specifications.
Participate in the various operations of the manufacturing process: pressing, forming, machine taping, and copper bushing welding, among others.
Check the quality of the manufactured parts and communicate any possible incidents.
Collaborate with the production team to meet established objectives and deadlines.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
Comply with safety regulations and internal manufacturing procedures.
