Innovamat is an educational organization focused on mathematics learning. Its purpose is to help improve how this subject is taught, offering resources, training, and research to the educational community.

Founded in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat works with 27,000 teachers across more than 2,600 schools in Spain, the United States, Mexico, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru, helping over 600,000 students learn mathematics through deep understanding and competency development.

You will join the Innovamat team in the Balearic Islands, a strategic and growing region for the organization.

Your mission will be to support schools in implementing the Innovamat proposal, ensuring both pedagogical success and the strengthening of relationships with the schools.

You will be a trusted figure for school leadership teams and teachers, helping them transform mathematics teaching while identifying new opportunities for growth and development within each school.

You will work closely with the pedagogical and commercial teams to turn every school into a success story, generating real impact in the classroom and building strong, lasting relationships with the educational community in the Balearic Islands.

• You will support primary and preschool schools in implementing the Innovamat proposal.

• You will deliver pedagogical training to teaching staff and school leadership teams.

• You will go into classrooms to observe sessions, model best practices, and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

• You will monitor schools to ensure deep, high-quality implementation.

• You will identify the needs, opportunities, and challenges of each school to help them continue to evolve.

• You will build trusting relationships with school leadership teams, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers.

• You will collaborate with the commercial team in the follow-up and development of the schools in your portfolio.

• You will identify growth opportunities within schools and contribute to Innovamat's expansion in the region.

• You will take part in meetings, events, and gatherings within the education sector in the Balearic Islands.

• You will work collaboratively with the rest of the team to share learnings, best practices, and impactful strategies.

• You will take part in ongoing training in mathematics didactics to continue developing professionally.

• Preferably based in Mallorca, where approximately 70% of the region's activity is currently concentrated.

• Training in Education, Teaching, or equivalent teaching experience.

• Knowledge of how a classroom works.

• Genuine interest in mathematics didactics and a strong desire to learn.

• Ability to build trusting relationships with teachers and school leadership teams.

• Strong communication skills and ease with public speaking.

• Results-oriented mindset and commercial awareness.

• Strong organizational skills and autonomy in managing the territory.

• Proactive, decisive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility.

• High level of Catalan and Spanish.

• Valid driver's license.

• You have experience delivering training to teachers.

• You have led educational innovation projects or methodological transformation initiatives.

• You are especially interested in mathematics didactics.

• You have experience in pedagogical coordination or leadership within a school.

• You have developed roles involving relationships with families, school leadership teams, or educational institutions.

La teva missió serà acompanyar les escoles en la implementació de la proposta Innovamat, assegurant-ne tant l'èxit pedagògic com la consolidació de la relació amb els centres educatius.

Seràs una figura de confiança per a equips directius i docents, ajudant-los a transformar l'ensenyament de les matemàtiques mentre identifiques noves oportunitats de creixement i desenvolupament dins de cada centre.

Treballaràs molt a prop dels equips pedagògics i comercials per convertir cada escola en un cas d'èxit, generant impacte real a les aules i construint relacions sòlides i duradores amb la comunitat educativa de les Illes Balears.

• Acompanyaràs escoles d'Infantil i Primària en la implementació de la proposta Innovamat.

• Realitzaràs formacions pedagògiques a equips docents i equips directius.

• Entraràs a les aules per observar sessions, modelar pràctiques i oferir feedback constructiu als mestres.

• Faràs seguiment dels centres per garantir una implementació profunda i de qualitat.

• Identificaràs necessitats, oportunitats i reptes de cada escola per ajudar-les a continuar evolucionant.

• Construiràs relacions de confiança amb equips directius, coordinadors pedagògics i docents.

• Col·laboraràs amb l'equip comercial en el seguiment i desenvolupament dels centres de la teva cartera.

• Detectaràs oportunitats de creixement dins dels centres i contribuiràs a l'expansió d'Innovamat a la regió.

• Participaràs en reunions, esdeveniments i trobades del sector educatiu a les Illes Balears.

• Treballaràs coordinadament amb la resta de l'equip per compartir aprenentatges, bones pràctiques i estratègies d'impacte.

• Participaràs en processos de formació contínua en didàctica de les matemàtiques per seguir desenvolupant-te professionalment.

• Residència preferentment a Mallorca, on actualment es concentra aproximadament el 70% de l'activitat de la regió.

• Formació en Educació, Pedagogia o experiència docent equivalent.

• Coneixament del funcionament d’una aula

• Interès genuí per la didàctica de les matemàtiques i moltes ganes d'aprendre.

• Capacitat per generar relacions de confiança amb docents i equips directius.

• Bones habilitats comunicatives i facilitat per parlar en públic.

• Orientació a resultats i sensibilitat comercial.

• Capacitat d'organització i autonomia en la gestió del territori.

• Nivell alt de català i castellà.
