Educational Advisor (Basque Country)

You will join the Customer Success & Account Management team in the Basque Country, serving as the point of reference for schools in the region. Your mission will be to ensure the success of Innovamat's implementation in classrooms and maintain strong relationships with school leadership teams, combining a strategic account management perspective with pedagogical support work. You will be the link between schools and the Innovamat team, ensuring that each center gets the most out of our educational offering at all stages and has an excellent experience with us.

Your day-to-day at Innovamat 🏁

• You will manage and develop trusting relationships with the leadership teams and teachers at your assigned centers in the Basque Country.

• You will hold regular follow-up meetings to define objectives, review progress, and propose new support strategies.

• You will identify pedagogical and strategic needs to align implementation with each center's goals.

• You will coordinate with the team of teaching experts on the training actions and classroom observations needed for teachers' success.

• You will deliver teaching training, session observations, and personalized feedback to teachers, helping them get the most out of Innovamat.

• You will promote impact initiatives (webinars, workshops, articles, industry events) that strengthen the Innovamat community in the Basque Country.

• You will document your actions in the CRM (Salesforce) and analyze data to make results-based decisions.

• You will actively participate in a dynamic, agile, and collaborative team characterized by shared responsibility and a focus on educational impact.

• University degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, education, pedagogy, or a related field.

• Native level of Spanish and Basque.

• Advanced level of English.

• Passion for learning, teaching, and educational innovation.

• Excellent communication skills, with both teachers and leadership teams.

• Ability to combine pedagogical vision and a strategic business approach.

• Proactivity, dynamism, and strong organizational skills.

• Eagerness to work as a team, learn quickly, and take on new challenges.

• Driving license (B).

And if you also...

• Have worked as an Account Manager, in Customer Success, or in educational support roles.

• Have delivered training sessions or workshops for adults.

• Have been a leisure and free-time activity monitor.

• Have experience in the EdTech sector or startups... that will be wonderful!

Formarás parte del equipo de Customer Success & Account Management en Euskal Herria, siendo la persona de referencia para los centros educativos de la región. Tu misión será garantizar el éxito de la implementación de Innovamat en las aulas y mantener relaciones sólidas con los equipos directivos, combinando una mirada estratégica de gestión de cuentas con una labor de acompañamiento pedagógico. Serás el nexo entre las escuelas y el equipo de Innovamat, asegurando que cada centro saque el máximo partido a nuestra propuesta educativa en todas las etapas y viva una experiencia excelente con nosotros.

Tu día a día en Innovamat 🏁

• Gestionarás y desarrollarás relaciones de confianza con los equipos directivos y docentes de tus centros asignados en Euskal Herria.

• Realizarás reuniones periódicas de seguimiento para definir objetivos, revisar avances y proponer nuevas estrategias de acompañamiento.

• Detectarás necesidades pedagógicas y estratégicas para alinear la implementación con los objetivos de cada centro.

• Coordinarás con el equipo de expertos/as en didáctica las acciones formativas y observaciones en aula necesarias para el éxito del profesorado.

• Realizarás formaciones didácticas, observaciones de sesiones y feedbacks personalizados a los/as maestros/as, ayudándoles a sacar el máximo potencial de Innovamat.

• Promoverás iniciativas de impacto (webinars, talleres, artículos, eventos del sector) que fortalezcan la comunidad Innovamat en Euskal Herria.

• Documentarás tus acciones en el CRM (Salesforce) y analizarás los datos para tomar decisiones basadas en resultados.

• Participarás activamente en un equipo dinámico, ágil y colaborativo, caracterizado por la corresponsabilidad y la orientación al impacto educativo.

• Grado universitario en matemáticas, física, ingeniería, educación, pedagogía o similar.

• Nivel nativo de español y euskera.

• Nivel avanzado de inglés.

• Pasión por el aprendizaje, la enseñanza y la innovación educativa.

• Excelentes habilidades comunicativas, tanto con docentes como con equipos directivos.

• Capacidad para combinar visión pedagógica y enfoque estratégico de negocio.

• Proactividad, dinamismo y gran capacidad de organización.

• Ganas de trabajar en equipo, aprender rápido y asumir nuevos retos.

• Carnet de conducir (B).

• Has trabajado como Account Manager, Customer Success o en roles de acompañamiento educativo.

• Has realizado formaciones o talleres para adultos.

• Has sido monitor de ocio y tiempo libre.
