The role

At Grupo Constant, we want to bring school lunchroom monitors onto our team who will work throughout the school year. Selected candidates will be responsible for supervising and attending to students during lunchtime, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.

What you'll do

Supervise children during mealtimes, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Promote healthy habits and good manners during mealtimes.
Provide support to students when needed and help resolve any conflicts that may arise.

Grupo Constant is looking for school lunchroom monitors for the 2025-2026 school year at different schools in Mallorca. This is an ideal opportunity for dedicated professionals looking to expand their experience in an educational environment.

Type of contract: fixed-discontinuous (permanent seasonal)

Requirements

Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings.
Have obtained a sexual offenses certificate, in accordance with current regulations.
Monitor certification or any related degree/training.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to organize and plan recreational activities suitable for the children's ages.
Punctuality and responsibility in meeting schedules.
Availability to start on January 7th and work throughout the entire school year.

Location

Positions are available at different schools across Mallorca, including options in Palma de Mallorca, Inca, or Campos.
