First-Class Electrician

• Training and Experience:
  • Training related to Electricity, Electrical Installations, or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience as a First-Class Electrician.
  • Experience in existing installations, renovations, and maintenance, not solely in new construction.
  • Experience performing work autonomously.
  • B driving license.
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations.
  • Experience in electrical panels, meter centralization units, individual branch circuits, lighting and conduits.
  • Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and basic technical documentation.
  • Experience in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of the Low-Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations (REBT) and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations.
  • Ability to plan and organize assigned work.

Job Offer: First-Class Electrician

At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for a First-Class Electrician to join an important project in the Community of Madrid. We are looking for a professional with experience in Low Voltage electrical installations, capable of executing work autonomously, from the receipt of the work order to its completion, guaranteeing the quality of execution and compliance with current regulations.

The selected person will participate in electrical renovation, maintenance, fault troubleshooting, and installation work in homes, premises, and communities, maintaining fluid communication with clients, technicians, and the work team.

• Participation in electrical installation, maintenance, and renovation projects in residential and tertiary buildings.

• Execute electrical renovations in homes, commercial premises, and homeowners' associations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work, attending to calls and resolving electrical faults.
• Renew and replace electrical panels, guaranteeing their correct operation and compliance with regulations.
• Perform work on meter centralization systems and individual connections.
• Install lighting systems, mechanisms, electrical lines, and conduits.
• Interpret electrical diagrams and basic technical documentation for the correct execution of the work.
• Diagnose and locate faults, proposing effective and safe solutions.
• Prepare, organize, and control the material and tools necessary for each intervention.
• Organize own work and, when necessary, coordinate the tasks of an assistant.
• Work autonomously, correctly managing assigned interventions without continuous supervision.
• Communicate incidents, additional work, or deviations before execution.
• Maintain an adequate relationship with clients, property managers, technicians, and other industry professionals.
• Guarantee compliance with the REBT, Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations, and the company's internal procedures.
• Ensure the correct use and conservation of tools, materials, vehicle, and work area.
