What we're looking for
- Education and Experience:
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture or equivalent specialties.
- Minimum professional experience of 2 to 3 years in supervision and monitoring of construction works.
- Experience in the execution and supervision of architectural works, especially enclosures and finishes.
- Knowledge of construction methods and procedures applied to the execution of works.
- Experience in interpreting plans and technical construction specifications.
- English level B2 at minimum.
- Skills and Technical Knowledge:
- Solid knowledge of the execution of architectural works, enclosures, and finishes.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and verify their correct application on site.
- Knowledge of technical specifications and applicable construction regulations.
- Knowledge of construction methods and site execution procedures.
- Ability to perform inspections and execution controls, identifying deviations from project requirements.
- Ability to propose technical solutions and corrective actions in response to construction incidents.
- Knowledge of coordination and monitoring of construction teams.
- Ability to prepare technical progress and incident reports for the site.
- Personal competencies:

Job Offer: Architecture Specialist Site Supervisor - Industrial Construction
At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking to hire an Architecture Specialist Site Supervisor to participate in an industrial construction project, developing activities of supervision, monitoring, and control of the execution of architectural works.
We are looking for a professional with experience in site supervision, enclosures, and finishes, knowledge of construction methods, and the ability to verify compliance with plans, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. The position requires coordination with construction teams and active participation in the technical monitoring of the works.
What you'll do
- Supervise and control the execution of architectural works, verifying their adequacy to the technical requirements of the project.
- Monitor the progress of enclosure and finishing works, checking the correct application of construction methods.
- Perform periodic site inspections, verifying compliance with plans, technical specifications, and applicable construction regulations.
- Identify and report deviations and incidents detected during the execution of the works.
- Propose technical solutions and corrective actions to resolve execution problems and guarantee compliance with the established requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams, ensuring the correct implementation of work methods and procedures.
- Verify the correct execution of construction solutions, paying special attention to architectural works, enclosures, and finishes.
- Participate in site monitoring and coordination meetings with construction managers and Project Management teams.
- Monitor the progress of the works, identifying possible incidents that may affect their correct execution.
- Document and record site progress, keeping the information corresponding to the supervised works up to date.
- Prepare periodic progress and incident reports, providing technical information on the execution status of the works.
