Requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in the coordination and management of clinical studies or clinical trials
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and applicable clinical research regulations.
- Good English level & high communication skills (written & oral).
- Good organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to plan and organize work.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation capacity and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to interact confidently with investigators, healthcare professionals and other units.
Nice to have
- Experience in RedCAP databases/CRD design and management is desirable.
- Complementary training/experience on clinical studies/trials management, including writing of clinical protocols and informed consent forms, will be appreciated.
- Previous experience in participant recruitment, study coordination and clinical research activities will be highly valued.
- Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, CRA or in a similar clinical research role will be valued.
- Writing skills, creativity and ability in design will be an asset.

The role
IrsiCaixa, located at Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol, has an open position for a Clinical Research Manager. The role aims to strengthen the Clinical Management Unit team. - Organization and preparation of the required materials necessary to implement to the projects.
- Screening, selection and classification of samples/candidates for studies.
- Interaction with investigators, clinical staff and study participants.
- Medical review and follow-up of study-related clinical documentation, when applicable.
- Organization/attendance to meetings, presentations & minutes.
