What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, with a solid specialization in security and IAM architecture.
Real experience designing security architectures in cloud-native environments, preferably AWS.
Hands-on experience implementing authentication and authorization models, identity federation, and integration with corporate identity providers (IdP).
Solid knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, and token/JWT-based architectures.
Experience defining IAM strategies for cloud, hybrid, or multicloud environments.
Advanced knowledge of AWS security services, such as IAM, KMS, WAF, Shield, Security Hub, API Gateway, and EKS.
Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, encryption, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and TLS/mTLS protocols.
Experience participating in cloud migration projects, technological modernization, and the definition of target architectures.
Ability to work with corporate security frameworks, governance requirements, and regulated environments. Experience in financial services will be particularly valued.
B2 level of English, necessary to collaborate with international teams.

Important: we are looking for professionals with demonstrable experience in solution architecture design and specialization in security and IAM. Generalist cloud architecture profiles whose security experience is limited to basic knowledge or occasional tool configuration will not fit.

Nice to have

Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or SABSA.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified Security – Specialty certifications.
Experience in hybrid or multicloud governance models.
Knowledge of DevSecOps and security controls in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions).
Experience in container and Kubernetes security.
Knowledge of security observability and monitoring.
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Enterprise Architecture.
Good level of Spanish.

The role

Are you passionate about designing secure architectures, defining identity and access strategies, and leading technological decisions in complex enterprise environments?

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Security and IAM to participate in architecture, modernization, and evolution projects of cloud platforms in an international and highly regulated corporate environment.

The selected person will have a key role in the design and governance of security architectures, ensuring the application of best practices, corporate standards, and security principles from the design stage (Security by Design).

What you'll do

Design and define end-to-end security architectures aligned with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise security policies.
Establish authentication and authorization models based on OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, identity federation, and token/JWT-based architectures.
Define Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies for cloud-native environments, primarily AWS, as well as hybrid and multicloud scenarios.
Ensure the consistency and reuse of security patterns across different domains and regions.
Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, governance, cloud platforms, and DevOps teams to validate architectural decisions.
Lead Proof of Concepts (PoC) to evaluate new security models and emerging technologies.
Participate in cloud migration and technological modernization initiatives, defining target architectures and roadmaps.
Incorporate Security by Design and DevSecOps principles throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
Participate in architecture reviews, threat modeling (threat modeling), and risk assessments.
Develop technical documentation, reusable patterns, standards, and security architecture guides.
