Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum 5 years

At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or SDLC environments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or the definition of development processes and standards in large organizations.
Demonstrable experience in maturity assessments, and the design and improvement of ALM/SDLC processes.
Solid knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and pipeline automation.
Experience with tools such as Tekton, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, branching policies, and pull requests.
Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm, and artifact registries such as Nexus or Harbor.
Experience integrating security into the development lifecycle: SAST, SCA, DAST, quality gates, and secrets management.
Knowledge of infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
Ability to define technical standards, document processes, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Autonomy, analytical capacity, and good communication and consulting skills.

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with AI assistants and agents for development, such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and the integration of AI agents into pipelines.
Experience with Java/Spring Boot, ArchUnit, and OpenAPI/AsyncAPI contract validation.
Knowledge of Azure Key Vault, managed identities, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps Boards.
Experience in observability with Dynatrace, EFK, or Azure Monitor.

The role

We are looking for an SDLC / DevSecOps Consultant to participate in a strategic project focused on the definition and implementation of a new software development model assisted by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).

The selected person will work alongside the knowledge architect, leading the framework and architecture line, with responsibility for analyzing the current software lifecycle, designing the new GenAI SDLC model, and integrating AI agents with the client's tools and processes.

What you'll do

Analyze the current software development lifecycle (AS-IS), identifying processes, tools, roles, controls, and improvement opportunities.
Design and define the target software development model assisted by generative AI (GenAI SDLC).
Establish standards, methodologies, and quality and security controls applicable to the various phases of the lifecycle.
Integrate AI agents with the client's development tools and pipelines.
Define and drive DevSecOps practices, security control automation, and quality validation mechanisms.
Facilitate interviews and workshops with architecture, development, QA, security, infrastructure, and operations teams.
Prepare methodological documentation and present results to management and technical committees.
Evaluate the impact of the new model implementation through performance and software delivery metrics.
