At ITP Aero we are looking to hire a Intern to support our teamin Indirect Material Purchasing within the Supply Chain Directorate, with a focus on the Cutting Tools family.

The internship will have a practical and business-oriented approach. What you'll do

Main activities:

  1. Support in the preparation and monitoring of requests for quotation for the cutting tools family, including the collection and comparison of supplier proposals.
  2. Collaboration in the analysis and monitoring of strategic suppliers, service levels, and compliance with agreed commitments.
  3. Preparation of commercial comparisons and cost, quality, and delivery analysis to support negotiation and decision-making processes.
  4. Support in the document management of procurement and contracts (LTAs, NDAs, among others), budgets, improvement projects, and cost structures or models.
  5. Coordination of information with suppliers and internal customers, especially when the same supplier provides service to different areas or locations of ITP Aero.
  6. Support in the identification and monitoring of supply chain risks, as well as in compliance with internal policies and procedures applicable to procurement activities.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Education:Student of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration and Management, or related degrees.
  • Experience required:Previous professional experience is not necessary. Academic or practical experience in data analysis, digitalization, automation, or process improvement will be valued.
  • Required knowledge:
  • Digital tools: Microsoft Office 365, advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in the supply chain, data analytics, digitalization, and AI applied to business.
  • Languages:
    • Advanced level of English, oral and written (C1).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
