We are looking for a Junior Corporate Administration Specialist to support the Corporate Administration department on cross-functional company projects at our Bilbao office.

You will join a multidisciplinary team where you will play a key role in project development. Furthermore, you will gain a broad understanding of various businesses and technologies in a flexible and trusting work environment.

ABOUT YOU

Please don't hesitate to apply if you have...

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
You have experience supporting SAP implementation and enhancement projects (finance and/or administration) and have participated in projects to improve administrative procedures.
You have assisted with internal or external audit tasks and supported the collection, validation, and processing of data for corporate analysis.
You have advanced Excel skills and have performed analytical reviews, basic controls, and analysis of financial and administrative information.
You have the ability to work in a team and demonstrate technical rigour.
You work independently and with an innovative mindset.
You have advanced English. A second language, either French or German, would be an advantage.
Above all... you are keen to learn within an international company such as IDOM.
