Purpose: As a BI & Performance Analyst, you are responsible for measuring and analyzing the commercial performance of the Surgery Business Unit across all dimensions. We are looking for a professional with strong business acumen and strong data / insights skills.
You are responsible for
Ensuring the Spanish Surgery commercial team leverages all available data to inform their decision making.
This means you develop insights into business performance across a wide variety of areas, including sales effectiveness, account planning, opportunity pipeline, market shares, procedures, pricing, contracting and sharing them with relevant stakeholders.
You are the analytics partner to commercial leaders, helping them drive the usage of analytics in their teams by translating data into business insights.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and data analytics processes in Spain and across EMEA.
Managing the Incentive scheme process (calculations, pay out analysis, framework design,...)
Managing local reporting production, and ad hoc analytical requests supporting commercial operations.
Participating in the development of commercial analytics tools for the Surgery business.
Recommending solutions to improve data reliability, automation, and process optimization.
Collecting, analyzing, and cleansing data to ensure high quality and usability for internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership.
Building strong partnerships with local and EMEA stakeholders to anticipate and address business needs.
Requiremets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent University Degree (Business and Finance preferred)3-5 years minimum experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Controlling. Ability to effectively collaborate with EMEA Insights & Analytics.Strong partnership skills with commercial organizations across business units.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and business challenges with a customer-oriented mindset.
Strategic perspective combined with attention to detail.
Proactive approach, solution orientation, and continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent analytical capabilities.
Strong adaptability and prioritization skills.
Project management capabilities.

€55,400.00 - €87,860.00Benefits
