Technical Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master with a technical background to join a challenging technological environment in the Field Service area. You will be an active part of the software engineering team, driving and leading the evolution of agile practices, ensuring team motivation, delivery quality, and maximum reliability in production. And the best part: you will do so by collaborating at both a technical and functional level every step of the way.

• Agile Facilitation: You will lead the key ceremonies of the Scrum framework (daily stand-ups, plannings, retrospectives, demos), ensuring efficient and value-oriented dynamics.
• Servant Leadership & Coaching: You will act as a Servant Leader, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the team, and removing day-to-day impediments.
• Technical and Functional Collaboration: You will work side-by-side with software engineers, providing your technical judgment to ensure reliable and robust solutions in demanding production environments.
• Flow Management and Visibility: You will centralize and optimize operations through tools such as Jira and Confluence, guaranteeing transparency and traceability.
• Pioneer in Applied AI: You will drive the use of generative AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT) to optimize backlog refinement, user story writing, meeting minutes, and valuable documentation.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: You will design advanced operational metrics and reports using Excel to facilitate informed decision-making.

• 23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off.
• 1 day for professional events and 3 days for personal reconciliation.
• Intensive working day on Fridays.
• Hybrid work model. 1 day a week at the client's offices.

• Comprehensive mastery of project management and documentation tools: Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced handling of Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and modeling for reporting).
• Strong Servant Leadership skills, agile coaching techniques, and proactive management of blockers.

• Practical use and application of generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or others) focused on agile productivity (refinement, user stories, and synthesis).
• Previous technical background that allows you to build solid bridges between the engineering layer and the business.
