Requirements
What we're looking for
- 0 to 3 years of experience (ideally around 2 years) in IT project management and technical services.
- A fluent C1 English level is essential (very high, both spoken and written).
- Experience and mastery in the application of agile methodologies (agile frameworks).
Nice to have
- Solid knowledge in Project Management, with a PMP level being highly valued.
- Notions or functional/technical understanding of microservices architecture.

The role
What you'll do
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and drive the evolution of technical solutions within the Program Portfolio Office (PPO) environment. In this position, you will manage end-to-end technical projects, serving as a key piece to ensure value delivery, risk control, and a close, transparent relationship with the different teams.
- End-to-End Project Management: You will lead the complete lifecycle of technical initiatives, from the gathering and refinement of technical business requirements to the final launch and delivery.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: You will build relationships of trust with the main project actors through close, clear communication and active expectation management.
- Risk Control and Management: You will anticipate blockers, manage risks proactively, and design mitigation plans during project execution.
- Monitoring and Reporting: You will ensure continuous reporting of project status, progress metrics, and visibility for the different teams and managers.
- Adoption of Agile Methodologies: You will facilitate and participate in agile work dynamics, ensuring alignment and delivery pace.
- Innovation with Artificial Intelligence: You will apply applied AI tools in your day-to-day tasks for generating meeting minutes, optimizing reporting, and creating technical knowledge bases.
How you'll work
- 23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off.
- 1 day for professional events and 3 days for personal reconciliation.
- Hybrid model: 1 or 2 days in offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón.
Technical Mastery and Tools (Must-have)
- Fluent handling of management, collaboration, and monitoring tools: Jira (Agile-Jira), Confluence, MS Office, and MS Teams.
- Use of applied AI tools in workflows (meeting minutes, reporting, technical knowledge generation, etc.).
