About the role

We are looking for a technical profile focused on service orientation and platform reliability, with a strong focus on DevSecOps / SRE. In this position, you will combine advanced support, automation, and close collaboration with the development team to ensure the health, availability, and scalability of systems.

What you'll do

  • Support and Incident Resolution: You will provide technical and functional support, actively participating in the resolution of complex incidents and recurring issues.
  • DevOps Collaboration: You will work side by side with the development team throughout the entire application lifecycle, driving the DevOps culture.
  • Deployments and Production: You will actively participate in deployments, ensuring the correct promotion of environments and the definition of their configurations.
  • Multi-environment Maintenance: You will take responsibility for maintaining environments (development, QA, pre-production, and production), collaborating with QA teams.

Technical Expertise (Mandatory requirements / MUST)

  • Systems and Scripting: Solid knowledge of Linux environments (log analysis, services) and scripting (Bash, Python, Groovy).
  • Containers and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • CI/CD and Version Control: Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
  • Databases: Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SyBase, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB).
  • Protocols and APIs: HTTP and REST (system integrations).
  • Documentation: Ability to document procedures and solutions using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Security: Experience applying SecOps security best practices.
  • Availability: Availability for 24x7 on-call rotations and out-of-hours deployments as required.
