Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
6 to 10 years of experience managing complex technological migrations and cross-functional programs.
Advanced English level (B2 / C1).
Solid experience in change management, governance, risk control, and progressive rollout with minimal impact on teams.
Solid knowledge of DevOps and the software development lifecycle (modern SDLC, CI/CD, automation).
Proficiency with key tools: Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Sonar, Snyk, SharedLibrary Jenkins (groovy), Helm Charts, GitOps.
Experience or knowledge of CodeQL/SAST, Secret Scanning, Dependabot, and development in Bash / Python.
Familiarity with infrastructure and cloud environments: Kubernetes / VMs, Cloud DevOps (AWS/Azure), Terraform / Ansible.
Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack.

Nice to have

Knowledge and integration of AI in the SDLC and use of AI capabilities in GitHub.
Experience in defining and generating dashboards for adoption metrics.

The role

What you'll do

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a key project migrating automation tools and code repositories. You will shape the evolution of our technical solutions within a demanding IT environment, driving technological adoption and change with minimal impact on teams.

Migration Leadership: You will lead the migration plan from Bitbucket and Jenkins to GitHub and GitHub Actions.
Strategy and Roadmap: You will define the roadmap and migration milestones, ensuring a controlled rollout with coexistence (GitHub + Jenkins + Bitbucket).
Pilot and Industrialization: You will execute the pilot, validate stability, and industrialize the migration through self-service, templates, and best practices.
Team Coordination: You will plan and coordinate teams to execute the different migration waves.
Support and Adoption: You will manage support, training, and guidance to ensure a smooth transition.
Governance and Costs: You will control costs, promote standardization, and optimize processes in the area.
Monitoring and KPIs: You will monitor progress, KPIs, and risks by defining and generating specific dashboards.
Stakeholder Communication: You will maintain fluid communication and coordination with technical and business stakeholders.

How you'll work

23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off.
1 day for professional events and 3 days for personal reconciliation.
