What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of real experience evaluating, implementing, and operating AWS services in critical production environments.
Compute/Containers: Advanced orchestration with Docker, Amazon ECR, and Amazon ECS (Fargate).
Security and Identity: Advanced IAM, AWS Secrets Manager, AWS SSO/IAM Identity Center, WAF.
Networking: VPC, Transit Gateway, Application/Network Load Balancers, Route53, API Gateway, CloudFront.
Data and Messaging: RDS (PostgreSQL), DynamoDB, EventBridge, SNS, SQS, S3.
IaC & Automation: Terraform (modules, remote state management, workspaces).
CI/CD: Demonstrable experience creating continuous deployment workflows with GitHub/GitHub Actions and solid knowledge of Git.
Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed architectures based on microservices.

Nice to have

Official certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional), AWS Certified Security Specialty, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate.
Experience in the sector and familiarity with strict audits and regulations such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, DORA, or ISO27001.
Hands-on experience with enterprise observability tools (Dynatrace, New Relic).
Fluent handling of ticketing tools (Jira)

The role

We are looking to incorporate a hybrid Cloud Ops / DevSecOps profile to serve in our Infrastructure and Database team within a serverless microservices ecosystem. You will be responsible for the management, securing, and provisioning of large-scale cloud services, diagnosing bottlenecks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading the transition from manual operations toward total automation.

Automation and CI/CD: You will design, implement, and maintain advanced pipelines for the automated deployment of infrastructure and applications using GitHub Actions (replacing manual or legacy operations).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): You will master AWS infrastructure through Terraform, guaranteeing modular, reusable code subject to peer review (PRs).
Operations and Reliability (Cloud Ops): You will manage cloud operations and resolve complex incidents based on a self-service model for developers. You will maintain effective monitoring, alerts, and metrics using our observability stack (New Relic, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, CloudTrail).
Governance and Cybersecurity: You will centrally manage identities (AWS IAM Identity Center), apply SCP policies, rotate secrets (AWS Secrets Manager), and ensure data protection and the implementation of Zero Trust models and container vulnerability reviews.
Optimization and FinOps: You will plan appropriate system capacity based on utilization metrics and identify ways to improve operations while minimizing AWS operating costs.
Standardization: You will develop and document cloud operation activities, promoting Naming Convention standards and cohesive architecture.
Culture and Methodology: You will work with Agile methodology in a high-performance technological environment, acting as a technical link between Infrastructure and Development teams.

How you'll work

23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off.
1 day for professional events and 3 days for personal reconciliation.
Reduced hours in August and intensive workday every Friday of the year.
100% Remote Work: You will work remotely, with some flexibility to adapt your schedule, although it will depend on the project you are on.
