About the role

We are looking for a person for the role of Fullstack. You will be responsible for driving the evolution of technical solutions within the technology area, creating robust and scalable applications while leveraging the best tools and practices in the industry.

What you'll do

  • Frontend and Backend Development: You will design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications with Angular, as well as robust backend services and RESTful APIs with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Software Quality and Engineering: You will implement unit and integration testing, ensuring overall code quality through Clean Code and Hexagonal Architecture.
  • Support and Optimization: You will optimize performance, scalability, and security across all layers, as well as provide support, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in high-concurrency production environments.
  • AI Applied to Development: You will boost your productivity, documentation, and deliverables using AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: You will work closely with Product Owners and other engineers, actively participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and improvement initiatives within an Agile framework.

Required Technical Skills

  • Frontend: Solid, demonstrable experience with Angular 18+ (or higher).
  • Backend: Solid experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x.
  • Architecture and APIs: Experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, Clean Code, and Hexagonal Architecture.
  • Databases: Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Tools and DevOps: Mandatory knowledge of Git / Gitflow, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Kibana.
