What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in the technical management and leadership of self-organized teams under Agile frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to identify requirements, define technical scopes, and estimate.
Capacity for self-organization, task prioritization, and risk identification and mitigation.
Experience in monitoring and evaluating the performance of development teams.
Excellent communication skills to express yourself clearly and concisely.
Architecture: Solid knowledge of REST architectures and cloud microservices.
Java Development: Experience in the development of microservices based on Java technology and multi-layer enterprise applications.
Frameworks: Mastery of Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring JPA, Hibernate, and JPA.
Cloud & DevOps: Basic knowledge of AWS and CI/CD in Jenkins.
Libraries & Tools: Handling of Log4j / SLF4J and management via JIRA.

Nice to have

Experience in the development of digital payment methods or payment gateways.
Broad knowledge of the acquiring flow.
Knowledge of the Gateway (Processor) and PSP (Aggregator) operating models.
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.

The role

We are looking for a Tech Lead specializing in Payment Methods (MMPP) with extensive technical experience in the comprehensive management of PSP operations for merchants in the Spanish market. You will be the technical reference for a multidisciplinary development team (Front, Back, and QA profiles) focused on implementing solutions according to the requirements defined by Product within the PSP.

Technical Leadership and Facilitation: You will guide and support a self-organized development team, defining the technical scope of requirements and performing their estimations.
PSP Operations Management: You will provide your technical knowledge in the exchange with RedSys and communication with the acquirer.
Risk and Performance Management: You will identify and mitigate technical risks, as well as monitor and evaluate the performance of the team members.
Architecture and Quality: You will guarantee the development of microservices and multi-layer enterprise applications under best coding and architecture practices.
Monitoring and KPIs: You will prioritize and manage tasks using tools such as JIRA and manage the team's KPIs.

How you'll work

23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off.
1 day for professional events and 3 days for personal errands (free conciliation days).
Reduced hours in August and intensive workday every Friday of the year.
100% remote work: You will work remotely, with some flexibility to adjust your schedule, although it will depend on the project you are on.
