About the role

KAVE HOME is a global furniture and home decor design brand, dedicated to inspiring unique and nonconformist people like us.

The furniture and decoration industry is the third largest retail industry worldwide. The potential is enormous, and we aim high. We are a group of more than 1,000 international professionals, talented and motivated, with the mission of completely transforming the experience from design to customer, offering an excellent price-quality ratio and sustainable designs, as well as a top-tier omnichannel shopping experience.

We are looking for an AI Automation Lead (BPA) to join our Business Process Automation team. This role will be key to driving the company's operational efficiency through advanced automations and Artificial Intelligence, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, and acting as a bridge between business, technology, and systems architecture.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their challenges, gather functional requirements, and turn them into efficient technical automation solutions.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the BPA team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

  • Manage and prioritize the automation project pipeline based on their value and impact on the business.

  • Define and apply software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices within the automation environment.

  • Act as the technical reference for the team, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with corporate governance.

  • Design and implement advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions, including LLM integration, creation and orchestration of AI agents, and workflow optimization through advanced prompting.

  • Extend the capabilities of low-code/no-code platforms through custom developments when necessary.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to design robust, secure, and reliable integrations.

What you'll get

  • Join a company that is transforming the world of furniture and decoration!

  • Be part of an ambitious project with great opportunities for professional development and growth.

  • You will enjoy a unique workspace, with new, open-plan and sustainable offices.

  • Fresh fruit available every morning. Catering available + canteen area for meals.

  • Attractive compensation that includes a flexible benefits plan (health insurance, restaurant card, transport card and childcare expenses).

  • Gym with 24/7 access.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with automation and integration platforms. We currently work with n8n, so knowledge of it is a big plus. Experience with similar tools such as Make, Zapier, or Power Platform will also be valued.

  • Advanced knowledge of applied Artificial Intelligence, with hands-on experience in LLMs, complex prompt design, and AI agent workflows.

  • Proficiency in programming or scripting languages to extend automations. Python is preferred, although others such as Ruby or JavaScript are also valued.

  • Solid knowledge of systems design, integration architecture (APIs, authentication, data orchestration), and development best practices (Git, CI/CD, testing).

  • Demonstrable experience leading technical teams and managing technology projects.

  • Strong communication skills and empathy to interact with non-technical profiles, understand business needs, and manage expectations.

  • Ability to prioritize initiatives, make technical decisions, and lead projects with cross-functional impact.
