Product Developer (Tech Services)

We are looking for a Product Developer for one of our clients based in Barcelona2.16.1.2

• Develop customizations, integrations, and solutions on Microsoft Power Platform following defined quality standards.
• Analyze business functional requirements and design appropriate functional solutions.
• Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation (TDD - Technical Design Documents).
• Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to understand and turn requirements into effective solutions.
• Report task progress regularly to the Project Manager or Team Lead.
• Manage source code using Azure DevOps, performing check-in/check-out and work item updates.
• Prepare test plans and associated documentation.
• Resolve functional issues identified during testing cycles.
• Participate in validation and support activities during implementation phases.
• Provide training sessions and knowledge transfer to users and clients.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practices.

• Experience of 3 to 5 years as a Microsoft Power Platform developer.
• Demonstrable experience developing with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform framework and its capabilities.
• Practical experience in designing and developing solutions on Power Platform.
• Advanced knowledge in:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Low-Code Development
• Customizations and integrations
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps for code management and requirement tracking.
• Good understanding of agile methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum, and tools such as JIRA.
• High level of Spanish and fluent English, both oral and written.

Valuable requirements

• Previous experience in projects within the Manufacturing / Industry sector.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem integration tools and services, including Azure Integration Services.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Azure, or Copilot.
• Experience in international environments and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años como desarrollador/a de Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo con Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Conocimiento sólido del framework y las capacidades de Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experiencia práctica en diseño y desarrollo de soluciones sobre Power Platform.
• Conocimientos avanzados en:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Desarrollo Low-Code
• Personalizaciones e integraciones
• Capacidad para analizar requisitos funcionales y transformarlos en soluciones técnicas.
• Experiencia trabajando con Azure DevOps para gestión de código y seguimiento de requerimientos.
• Buen entendimiento de metodologías ágiles, especialmente Agile/Scrum y herramientas como JIRA.
• Nivel alto de español y dominio fluido de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.

Requisitos valorables

• Experiencia previa en proyectos del sector Manufacturing / Industria.
• Conocimiento de herramientas y servicios de integración del ecosistema Microsoft, incluyendo Azure Integration Services.
• Certificaciones Microsoft relacionadas con Power Platform, Azure o Copilot.
• Experiencia en entornos internacionales y equipos multidisciplinares.
