What you'll do

The primary mission of the sales representative will be to present healthcare, OTC, and Beauty products to the pharmacist to incentivize sales, as well as to work on pharmacy merchandising to activate total sales.

Key responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for pharmacists in your area or coordinate and drive the actions of the telesales and pharmacy detailing team for selected pharmacies.
Ensure compliance with the compliance policy:
Achieve agreed contact, coverage, and frequency objectives through face-to-face meetings with pharmacists or deliver agreed customer-centric activities within the operating budget.
Ensure fulfillment of regional sales and market share objectives.
Promote the direct sale of Kenvue products
Implement tactical actions aligned with the sales and marketing strategy that may contribute to the fulfillment of proposed objectives.
Report daily activity in the CRM system.
Ensure the exchange of information with direct leadership regarding market trends and competitor activities in the region.
Participate in sales and promotion training.
Ensure a segmented implementation of the company's pharmaceutical marketing strategy.
Prepare pharmacy visits with product presentations, news, and promotions.
Perform merchandising actions at the point of sale to promote sell-out.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the pharmacy that may report higher sales and report them to your managers.
Your main interactions will be internal with the local Sales and Trade Marketing team, as well as with the BI and analysis team.
