You will join the team responsible for the administration, operation, and evolution of corporate monitoring and observability platforms, participating in the management of distributed environments and BMC technologies. You will have a key role in optimizing system performance, automating processes, and continuously improving the operational experience.
Administration and evolution of enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.
Management, correlation, and analysis of events coming from multiple monitoring tools and sources.
Design and implementation of operational dashboards, service metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Definition and development of end-to-end observability models for complex environments.
Implementation of AIOps capabilities oriented towards proactive incident detection and operational optimization.
Automation of repetitive tasks (toil reduction), improving efficiency and reducing the operational load.
Root cause analysis (RCA), pattern identification, and alert optimization to minimize operational noise.
Participation in the continuous improvement of monitoring, operation, and event management processes.
Shift schedule⏰: service is provided through rotating shifts with the corresponding statutory breaks: M-F from 7 to 19 h
