• More than 3 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or distributed systems.

• Demonstrable experience developing applications with Python.

• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI-based applications.

• Experience in the design and implementation of RAG architectures.

• Experience in API and microservices development.

• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD processes.

• Experience in troubleshooting and incident resolution in production environments.

• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, metrics, and traceability.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for different business use cases.

• Implement architectures based on Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multi-agent systems.

• Integrate AI agents with corporate applications and systems through APIs and services.

• Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of solutions in production.

• Define and implement observability, monitoring, and traceability mechanisms for agents.

• Analyze incidents in production environments and carry out Root Cause Analysis processes.

• Optimize prompts, execution flows, and consumption of foundation models.

• Collaborate with architecture, platform, and business teams to evolve solutions.

• Contribute to the definition and adoption of best practices for the development, deployment, and operation of AI solutions.
