The role
What you'll do
• RPA and BPM Automation: Design, implement, and optimize automated processes to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs, using UiPath and other market tools.
• Database Management: Implement and manage database solutions in Microsoft Azure, optimizing data architecture and ensuring efficient integration with the developed applications.
• Artificial Intelligence Integration: Develop applications with AI integration, train and apply

What we're looking for
At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in:
• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and the implementation of solutions on platforms such as UiPath and BPMS.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL and NoSQL Databases and database platforms in Azure.
• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and training language models (LLMs).
• Previous experience in banking or insurance projects will be highly valued.
• Ability to work in a team and effective communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have
We would love it if you were also comfortable with English.
Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and development of no-code or low-code automation solutions.
• Certifications in UiPath
• Certification in Azure and knowledge of cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with emerging AI and Machine Learning technologies.

• Robotización RPA y BPM: Diseñar, implementar y optimizar procesos automatizados para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir costos operativos, utilizando UiPath y otras herramientas del mercado.
• Gestión de Bases de Datos: Implementar y gestionar soluciones de bases de datos en Microsoft Azure, optimizando la arquitectura de datos y asegurando una integración eficiente con las aplicaciones desarrolladas.
• Integración de Inteligencia Artificial: Desarrollar aplicaciones con integración de IA, entrenar y aplicar modelos de
Machine Learning (ML) y utilizar técnicas de Modelos de Lenguaje de Gran Escala (LLMS) para automatizar procesos y mejorar la experiencia del usuario.
• Consultoría Técnica y Estrategia: Aportar conocimiento experto en la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas para la automatización y optimización de procesos, especialmente en sectores de banca y seguros.
• Colaboración Multidisciplinaria: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de desarrollo, operaciones y negocio para identificar y abordar necesidades clave, transformando procesos manuales en soluciones automáticas.

What we're looking for
Experiencia de al menos 5 años como Consultor Técnico en:
• Experiencia con RPA (Robotización de Procesos Automatizados) y la implementación de soluciones en plataformas como UiPath y BPMS.
• Conocimientos avanzados en Bases de Datos SQL, NoSQL y plataformas de bases de datos en Azure.
• Conocimientos en Inteligencia Artificial y entrenamiento de modelos de lenguaje (LLMS).
• Experiencia previa en proyectos de banca o seguros será altamente valorada.
• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva con clientes y equipos multidisciplinarios.
