Software Engineer Internship

We are looking for Full Stack developers (web and mobile) to take on some of the projects we already have underway in the country. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take on greater technical leadership as the team grows.

• In 3 months: You will have already worked on your first 2 projects. At Galadrim we firmly believe in learning by doing, so you will dive into real projects from day one, always with the support of a Tech Lead. You will also be able to participate in international conferences and workshops with the rest of the team.

• At 6 months: You will have mastered our stack and methodology, and you will be able to take on more responsibilities, helping us structure the team (selection, management, development of internal tools, etc.). To give you an idea: in our Paris office, we went from 2 to more than 20 engineers in less than 3 years.

• In the long term: if your internship is satisfactory, we can discuss a possible permanent contract offer.

• You have 0+ years of experience. (Yes, you read that right: 0 years!)

• You love modern, fluid, and pixel-perfect interfaces.

• You are not afraid to dive into complex business rules to turn them into efficient and optimized algorithms.

• You are fluent in using AI code editors like Cursor or Claude Code to increase your agility and execution speed, while always maintaining full control of your codebase.

• You have a way with people and enjoy accompanying sales teams to meetings to explain technical concepts clearly.

• You enjoy teamwork, but you have full autonomy in your tasks.

• You seek technical excellence in everything you do, with a solid engineering foundation.

• You have native-level Spanish and fluent English. Bonus points if you speak French!

This position is hybrid in Madrid (4 days in the office / 1 remote, accumulative). However, you will work fully remotely (100% telecommuting) until we open our first offices in Madrid in the second half of 2026.

• Salary: 1000-1200€/month

• Equipment: Macbook or PC of your choice (with 24/32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage).

• AI subscription: Claude Code Max, Cursor, or another of your choice

Buscamos desarrolladores y desarrolladoras Full Stack (web y móvil) para asumir alguno de los proyectos que ya tenemos en marcha en el país. Además, tendrás la oportunidad de ir asumiendo mayor liderazgo técnico a medida que crezca el equipo.

• En 3 meses: Habrás trabajado ya en tus 2 primeros proyectos. En Galadrim creemos firmemente en el learning by doing, así que te lanzarás a proyectos reales desde el día uno, siempre con el apoyo de un Tech Lead. También podrás participar en conferencias y workshops internacionales con el resto del equipo.

• A los 6 meses: Ya dominarás nuestro stack y metodología, y podrás asumir más responsabilidades ayudándonos a estructurar el equipo (selección, gestión, desarrollo de herramientas internas, etc.). Para que te hagas una idea: en nuestra oficina de París pasamos de 2 a más de 20 ingenieros en menos de 3 años.

• A largo plazo: si tus prácticas son satisfactorias, podremos hablar de una posible oferta de contrato indefinido.

• Tienes 0+ años de experiencia. (Sí, has leído bien ¡0 años!)

• Te encantan las interfaces modernas, fluidas y pixel-perfect.

• No te asusta bucear en reglas de negocio complejas para traducirlas en algoritmos eficientes y optimizados.

• Utilizas de forma fluida editores de código con IA como Cursor o Claude Code para incrementar tu agilidad y velocidad de ejecución, manteniendo siempre el control total de tu codebase.

• Tienes don de gentes y te motiva acompañar a los comerciales a reuniones para explicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara.

• Disfrutas del trabajo en equipo, pero tienes autonomía total en tus tareas.

• Buscas la excelencia técnica en todo lo que haces con una base sólida de ingeniería.

• Dominas el español a nivel nativo y el inglés con fluidez. ¡Bonus si hablas francés!

Este puesto es híbrido en Madrid (4 días de oficina / 1 en remoto acumulables). Sin embargo, trabajarás en modalidad full remote (100% teletrabajo) hasta que abramos nuestras primeras oficinas en Madrid en el segundo semestre de 2026.
