We are looking for Full Stack developers (web and mobile) to take on some of the projects we already have underway in the country. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take on greater technical leadership as the team grows.
In 3 months: You will have already worked on your first 2 projects. At Galadrim we firmly believe in learning by doing, so you will dive into real projects from day one, always with the support of a Tech Lead. You will also be able to participate in international conferences and workshops with the rest of the team.
At 6 months: You will have mastered our stack and methodology, and you will be able to take on more responsibilities, helping us structure the team (selection, management, development of internal tools, etc.). To give you an idea: in our Paris office, we went from 2 to more than 20 engineers in less than 3 years.
In the long term: if your internship is satisfactory, we can discuss a possible permanent contract offer.

This position is hybrid in Madrid (4 days in the office / 1 remote, accumulative). However, you will work fully remotely (100% telecommuting) until we open our first offices in Madrid in the second half of 2026.
