We are looking for a Technical Lead Engineer to lead International Private Banking (Global Wealth - GW) initiatives within the Retail Client Solutions area.

The candidate must provide strategic vision and execution capability to direct the GW technological roadmap on a global level. Their main mission will be to understand and transform business needs into innovative digital solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams both globally and locally to ensure excellence in product delivery.

As part of the AM&GW team in Retail Client Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for managing technical dependencies and coordinating collaboration between the various teams involved in the projects.

What you'll do

  • Lead the digital product development strategy for the Global Wealth scope on a global level, aligning technology with AM & GW business objectives.
  • Lead technical and functional design, ensuring integration with the Architecture and Security teams.
  • Lifecycle Management: Plan and execute workstreams from ideation to implementation, complying with quality standards and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead global development teams, in coordination with local country teams, ensuring the correct execution of developments.
  • Global Deployment: Lead the deployment and launch plan of solutions across different geographies, guaranteeing the consistency and scalability of the products.
