Job duties:

What you'll do

- Your main mission will be to ensure safety through proper preventive and corrective maintenance of elevator equipment, and in turn, to promote our services through proper professional consulting.

- You will be responsible for customer satisfaction through quality service and regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication.

- You will carry out safe work practices and identify repair opportunities.

- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of products, methods, and safety by providing feedback to your supervisor and the quality department.

- You will be responsible for producing accurate, real-time reports on the work performed and the materials consumed.

- At KONE, we do things together. You will have the support of a team dedicated to helping you in your day-to-day work, and you will have a Supervisor who will work alongside you to achieve the best results.
