You will be responsible for the planning, management, and control of maintenance service operations, ensuring at all times the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in the commercial development of the area, identifying new business opportunities and actively contributing to the company's growth.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialist technicians in automatic doors.
• Guarantee the safety of people, equipment, and facilities under your responsibility.
• Supervise team performance and ensure excellence in customer service.
• Manage the profit and loss account of the assigned area, being responsible for both operating costs and revenue from maintenance, service calls, and repairs.
• Develop solid relationships with current customers, acting as a technical and operational point of reference.
• Drive commercial actions within the existing portfolio, identifying opportunities for modernization, repair, and contract expansion.
• Actively prospect the market to acquire new customers and generate new business opportunities in sectors such as retail, hospitals, industry, public buildings, offices, and logistics centers.
• Collaborate closely with KONE's commercial teams to develop growth strategies and expand the company's presence in the area.
• Analyze the market and competition to identify potential areas for expansion and business.
