- General tax advisory, with a specialization in Corporate Income Tax, both on an individual and consolidated basis.
- Advising on day-to-day inquiries regarding various Taxes (CIT/IRPF/VAT/NR).
- Advising on international taxation and on tax structuring and planning projects for acquisitions and M&A operations.
- Tax assistance in the corporate restructuring processes of groups of companies, as well as specialized advice in real estate taxation.
- Advising regarding tax inspections and tax procedures.
