Financial Analytics Consultant

If you have at least two years of experience in the described functions and technical training, we offer you the opportunity to apply for a position as a Financial Analytics Consultant. As such, we will provide you with all the resources and knowledge so you can become a specialist in the project tasks assigned to you, providing support to the team, the Project Manager, and offering a critical perspective.

• At least two years of experience in the described functions.
• Education: Graduates in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Telecommunications Engineering, as well as Double Degrees involving any of the aforementioned fields.
• Languages: Advanced level of English.
• Advanced programming knowledge (SAS, SQL, VBA, and other languages such as R or Python).
• We are looking for people with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a team and towards objectives, and good communication skills. Initiative, flexibility, and professional commitment are also relevant characteristics.

• A postgraduate degree/Master's in Data Science/Big Data/Analytics is a plus.
• Prior experience in areas related to innovation and development in strategic and analytical management of risk processes, financial, technological, or business processes will be valued.

Job duties:

• You would participate in the development of internal analytical measurement and rating models (quantitative and qualitative).
• Design of organizational structures.
• Strategic risk management models, processes, circuits, and policies, both for risks and for financial or business purposes.
• Diagnosis and design of the technological and functional transformation strategy.
• Effective implementation of new solutions, such as RPA, OCR, NLP, AI, etc.
• Development of advanced analytics and information management environments.
• Design of monitoring models and interactive dashboards.

"In FS Consulting, each project is a world of its own, both in terms of topic and team size, execution time, and location. Thus, we encounter small projects with a team of 2 members, up to teams of 15-20 people with members even from different departments and geographies. Likewise, durations can range from 2 weeks up to a year."
