Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax, accounting, financial outsourcing, or regulatory compliance.
A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Advanced level of English (minimum B2-C1).
Experience in managing and reviewing tax and accounting obligations.
Organizational skills, team management, and client orientation.
Analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement of processes.

We will especially value

Nice to have

Previous experience in professional services firms or outsourcing departments.
Knowledge of financial ERP systems, especially:
SAP S/4HANA
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools:

Interest in digitalization, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence tools applied to financial and tax processes.

The role

What you'll do

Coordinating and supervising accounting processes and financial closing.
Reviewing and preparing periodic and annual tax obligations (303, 349, Intrastat, 111, 123, 216).
Preparing and reviewing annual financial statements, official books, and other corporate obligations.
Managing requirements and communications with tax authorities.
Coordinating international projects and collaborating with KPMG teams in other jurisdictions.
Supervising and developing junior professionals and interns.
Participating in initiatives to improve, digitalize, and automate financial and tax processes.
Directly liaising with clients and supporting the identification of new value-added opportunities.
