Senior Technological Transformation and AI

We are currently in a stage of growth and expansion, so we are looking to bring on a Senior Consultant in Technological Transformation and AI for the E&T team.

• You will work on the internal consulting team responsible for leading the firm's digital transformation, scaling AI capabilities and intelligent automation through the execution and management of projects under the Agile methodology.

• You will help identify the needs of our internal clients to optimize cross-functional processes and eliminate organizational silos, driving overall efficiency and the continuous improvement of the firm's results.
• You will identify new opportunities for automation and AI across different areas, building business cases to validate the feasibility of proposed solutions that support the return on investment (ROI), working alongside multidisciplinary technology and operations teams.
• You will provide advice to key stakeholders on the use of innovative technologies (Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry, ServiceNow) or strategic approaches aimed at achieving process efficiency and service improvement.
• You will apply a global and cross-cutting vision from business strategy to product functionality, eventually taking on roles such as product owner and adapting the appropriate level of discourse according to the department involved.
• You will participate from the requirements gathering and analysis phase through to the technical design of transformation products; you will apply Design Thinking to keep solutions user-centered and critical thinking to interpret needs.

• Advanced vocational training (FP Superior) or a university degree in STEM disciplines, technology development, data analytics, or AI specialization.
• Professional experience of between 2 and 4 years in Consulting or in the execution of projects involving process transformation with a technological component.
• Possession of Microsoft AI Business Solutions certifications will be highly valued: AI-900/901, AB-730, AB-731, AB-900, PL-900, etc., as well as knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Valuable, though not essential, to hold complementary Master's degree training, especially in the technology field (AI, Data, etc.), as well as knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and/or project management.
• Results-oriented, business acumen, structured thinking, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• High level of commitment and capacity for work, along with a permanent attitude of openness to change and new technologies.
