What you'll do

- M&A: negotiation and execution of all kinds of M&A operations, due diligence processes, acquisitions of entities or businesses (in both buyer and seller positions), preparation of contracts and representations, warranties, and negotiation of the process. Advisory in contractual and corporate matters to all types of companies, debt restructuring processes, and corporate finance.
