What you'll do
- Corporate law: drafting all types of corporate agreements (a wide range of corporate operations, ranging from the preparation and approval of accounts, capital increases and reductions, other statutory amendments to shareholder separation, dissolution and liquidation agreements, drafting and negotiation of shareholders' agreements, incorporation of commercial entities, corporate secretarial services).
- Contracting: drafting and negotiation of distribution, Joint-Venture, service provision, leasing, renting, factoring, collaboration agreements, etc. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of all types of financing contracts and the guarantees associated with said contracts.
- M&A: negotiation and execution of all kinds of M&A operations, due diligence processes, acquisitions of entities or businesses (acting as buyer and seller), preparation of contracts and representations, warranties, and negotiation of the process. Advisory in contractual and corporate matters to all types of companies, debt restructuring processes, and corporate finance.
