About the role

At KPMG we are continuing to grow and we want to bring on board a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join our Campus Recruitment team, within the Talent Acquisition area.

The selected candidate will join the team responsible for internship and graduate recruitment programs nationwide, providing support to the non-consulting, Audit, and Legal departments.

We are looking for a profile with a willingness to learn, the ability to add value from day one, and who enjoys working as part of a team and taking part in high-impact projects. Every year, this team provides internship and first-job opportunities to more than 1,000 students, directly contributing to the growth and renewal of talent at the Firm.

What you'll do

  • Active participation in internal projects within the People area.
  • End-to-end management of recruitment processes for internship and graduate profiles (Consulting, Audit, and Legal).
  • Design, delivery, and coordination of group dynamics nationwide, both in-person and online.
  • Constant liaison with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across the different business areas.
  • Participation and support in job fairs and university events, in coordination with the Employer Branding team.
  • Support in the design and continuous improvement of the sourcing methodology, recruitment processes, and new assessment dynamics.

What do you need to know?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or Executive Search roles.
  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or similar. A Master's in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Minimum English level of B2/C1.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and recruitment tools. Experience with SuccessFactors will be positively valued.
