• Experience of at least 4 years in defining Cloud solutions for Telco environments.
• Experience with OpenShift platforms.
• Knowledge of OpenStack.
• Experience in Telco Cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of virtualized networks and SDN technologies.
• Experience in the analysis and resolution of complex incidents.
• Experience in log analysis, metrics, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Automation using Python, Bash, or Ansible.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and participate in the resolution of critical incidents.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience in performance, capacity, and resilience testing.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment of new features into production.
• Previous experience in projects within the Telecommunications sector.

At Krell Consulting, we are looking for a Technical Lead Cloud to join a stable, long-term project within the Telecommunications sector. We are looking for a profile with solid experience in Telco Cloud, capable of technically leading the resolution of critical incidents, defining solutions on virtualized infrastructures, and contributing to the evolution of the platform.

• Design and evolve solutions on Telco Cloud platforms.
• Define Telco network architectures on virtualized infrastructures based on OpenShift.
• Diagnose, isolate, and resolve critical incidents in multi-level environments (infrastructure, network, and applications).
• Act as the third level of technical escalation, guaranteeing the stability and availability of the platform.
• Analyze logs, traces, and metrics to identify the root cause of incidents (RCA).
• Coordinate problem resolution alongside infrastructure, network, and development teams.
• Monitor the status of the platform using observability tools.
• Perform validations following incidents and document solutions for the knowledge base.
• Participate in technical reviews (Postmortem / Problem Review Boards) by proposing resilience improvements.
• Automate diagnostic and recovery tasks using Python, Bash, and Ansible.
• Collaborate on performance, capacity, high availability, and resilience testing.
• Support the continuous integration of new features and patches into production.

📍 Location: Remote with occasional visits to Madrid (hybrid model)
