Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a 2nd Manager or in similar roles within the restaurant industry.
Experience in high-turnover establishments and structured organizations is valued.
Must be of legal working age and hold a valid work permit in Spain.
Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with split shifts and two days off per week.
Ability to coordinate teams, manage schedules, control inventory, and supervise orders.
Proficiency in tray service is essential.
