• Previous experience as a Zone Manager, Supervisor, Operations Manager, or similar position.

• Demonstrated experience in the hospitality sector and/or large-scale catering.

• Leadership and management skills for multidisciplinary teams.

• Knowledge of cost control, budgets, and inventories.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

• Organized, resourceful, and results-oriented person.

• Communication, planning, and decision-making skills.

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned location

• Supervise stock, inventories, and orders.

• Ensure compliance with food quality and hygiene standards.

• Manage incidents and ensure the proper functioning of the establishments.

• Supervise cash register closures and bank deposits when applicable.

• Maintain direct communication with the company and report on location activity
