HIS/EHR Process Consultant (eHealth)

• You have more than 5 years of experience as a Process Consultant in HIS/EHR projects.
• You have experience analyzing and redesigning hospital processes (AS IS / TO BE).
• You know how the main care and administrative processes of a hospital function.
• You have worked with process modeling tools (such as BPMN) and with Electronic Health Record systems.
• You can communicate with clinical, functional, and technical profiles, translating business needs into functional solutions.
• You have availability for occasional travel.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clinical professionals and technical teams to design processes that improve the experience of patients and professionals.

You will be the link between care processes and technology, accompanying our clients in the implementation and evolution of Electronic Health Record (HIS/EHR) systems.

• Analyze and redesign hospital processes (AS IS / TO BE).
• Model processes and clinical workflows using BPMN.
• Gather and define functional requirements alongside clinical and management teams.
• Transfer processes to the HIS/EHR system, guaranteeing their functional coherence.
• Collaborate with technical and implementation teams in testing, commissioning, and continuous improvement.
