What are we looking for?

Education

🎓 Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related degrees in the technological and data fields.

Experience and technical knowledge

More than 5 years of experience working in Business Intelligence and DataWarehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse environments.

Experience in the coordination of data teams and projects.

Solid knowledge of modern data architectures and advanced modeling methodologies.

Experience with BI tools, ETL/ELT processes, and data analysis platforms.

Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Ability to analyze large volumes of information and convert them into useful visual solutions for the business.

Experience translating functional requirements into technical solutions.

Ability to collaborate with technical, functional, and business teams.

Experience in the preparation of technical offers and scope definition.

We are looking for a person with a technical and business vision, coordination capacity, and the desire to drive high-impact data projects.

What will your responsibilities be?

🔹 Project leadership and coordination

Coordinate multidisciplinary work teams, ensuring good planning, monitoring, and execution of data projects.

Lead the development of new data solutions, collaborating with functional experts and technical teams.

Gather and analyze business requirements, defining KPIs and transforming them into useful and scalable reporting solutions.

🔹 Data architecture and modeling

Design and develop solutions on modern data architectures, including DataWarehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse.

Apply advanced data modeling techniques, with special value placed on experience in dimensional modeling.

Design composite data models that guarantee the consistency, interoperability, and usability of information across different reporting domains.

Work with large volumes of information, optimizing data analysis and processing platforms.

🔹 Business Intelligence and visualization

Design advanced dashboards, reports, and control panels adapted to business needs.

Define and structure KPIs that facilitate information interpretation and decision-making.

Transform complex data into clear, intuitive, and results-oriented visualizations.

🔹 Collaboration with business and innovation

Collaborate with the Data and Product Management commercial teams, aligning reporting needs with strategic objectives.

Participate in the preparation of technical offers, estimations, and project scope definition.

Stay up to date with new technologies, tools, and best practices related to data analysis, BI, and dashboards.

Train and support stakeholders, facilitating the adoption of the developed solutions.

Participate in the application of best practices for data governance, quality, and security.
