What you'll do

As our Chief of Staff, you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across the entire company. You will be the bridge between strategic vision and operational reality, helping Omniloy scale faster and smarter as we grow our product, team, and customer base.

This is a high-impact role for a highly motivated generalist profile who thrives in uncertainty, has a bias toward action, and wants to work at the intersection of product, operations, investors, and people.

Be the CEO's right hand, transforming ideas into action and ensuring that key initiatives move forward.
Drive strategic projects, from go-to-market experiments to product launches or investor communications.
Act as a strategic sparring partner in critical decisions: prioritizing, problem-solving, and unblocking barriers.
Lead internal operations: OKRs, all-hands, offsites, dashboards, recruitment coordination, onboarding, etc.
Contribute to scaling our organization and culture through systems oriented toward focus, execution, and feedback.
Provide support in investor relations (preparation of materials, fundraising, reporting).
Maintain alignment: summarizing meetings, following up on decisions, and ensuring compliance between teams.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to connect the dots and optimize performance.
