What will your duties be? 
• Participate in the implementation, monitoring and evolution of the commercial strategy 
• Support the student selection and recruitment process 
• Collaborate on the marketing strategy, campaigns and updating of web content 
• Support the creation and maintenance of advertising creatives 
• Manage the CRM and propose improvements to processes and functionalities 
• Take part in events and institutional presentations 

What are we looking for? 
• Higher education (vocational training or university degree) in Marketing, Sales, Communication or Sports Management 
• Interest in the commercial world, marketing, education and sports. 
• A profile with: 

• Strong communication skills and empathy 

• Commercial skills 

• Organisation and ability to learn processes 

• Proactivity, enthusiasm and results orientation

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? 
• Participar en la implementación, seguimiento y evolución de la estrategia comercial 
• Apoyar en el proceso de selección y captación de alumnos 
• Colaborar en la estrategia de marketing, campañas y actualización de contenidos web 
• Apoyar en la creación y mantenimiento de creatividades publicitarias 
• Gestionar el CRM y proponer mejoras en procesos y funcionalidades 
• Participar en eventos y presentaciones institucionales 

¿Qué buscamos? 
• Estudios superiores (FP o universitarios) en Marketing, Ventas, Comunicación o Gestión Deportiva 
• Interés por el mundo comercial, marketing, educación y deporte. 
• Perfil con: 

• Alta capacidad de comunicación y empatía 

• Habilidades comerciales 

• Organización y capacidad de aprendizaje de procesos 

• Proactividad, entusiasmo y orientación a resultados
