Technology Consultant for Clubs

We are looking for a person with technological curiosity, analytical capacity, and a desire to develop within digital transformation projects.

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in technology consulting, PMO, functional analysis, IT project support, or digital transformation.

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Systems, Business Administration (ADE) with a technological specialization, or related degrees.

• Knowledge to understand applications, integrations, data flows, and the relationship between different technological systems.

• Interest in technology consulting, project management, and innovation.

• Ability to organize information, coordinate initiatives, and perform structured project monitoring.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for the preparation of documentation and executive presentations.

• Communication and presentation skills before different stakeholders.

• Organized, methodical, proactive, and quality-oriented profile.

As a Technology Consultant for Clubs, you will contribute to the development and monitoring of technological initiatives that drive the digital transformation of clubs, ensuring efficient execution and smooth coordination between all parties involved.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collect, analyze, and structure the functional and technical requirements of the clubs and various internal areas.

• Collaborate in the operational monitoring of technological projects alongside our strategic partners, guaranteeing the progress of initiatives.

• Support the planning and control of deliverables, milestones, incidents, and project backlogs.

• Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, and documentation for decision-making.

• Participate in functional analysis, process mapping, and identification of improvement opportunities.

• Keep the inventory of initiatives, solutions, integrations, and vertical documentation up to date.

• Prepare materials for monitoring committees and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to identifying standardization opportunities among clubs, promoting reusable solutions that favor efficiency and synergies.

• Detect possible risks or blockers in projects, providing structured information and follow-up proposals to facilitate decision-making.
