The role

At LALIGA, we are looking for an intern for the Labor Relations and International Mobility area who is eager to learn and develop within a global, innovative, and constantly evolving organization.

You will participate in key processes of personnel administration, onboarding, and labor management, collaborating with specialized teams in an environment where technology, data, and Artificial Intelligence tools help to optimize processes, automate tasks, and improve the people experience.

What you'll do

Support in the management and updating of the employee database.
Support in hiring and onboarding processes.
Document management and maintenance of the digital archive.
Collaboration in payroll processes and personnel administration.
Support in the management of health insurance.
Monitoring of access cards and time tracking.
